According to the annual survey of Gear Technology magazine, 78% of industry practitioners hold an optimistic attitude towards the competitiveness of enterprises in the next five years, with 28.1% being "extremely optimistic", 32.2% being "relatively optimistic", and 18.2% being "slightly optimistic". This data reflects the industry's basic recognition of technological iteration, market demand transformation, and self adaptability, although 18.7% of respondents still hold a pessimistic or uncertain attitude (8.3% slightly pessimistic, 3.3% extremely pessimistic, 7.4% undecided). From the perspective of the driving factors of optimism, the deepening trend of nearshore outsourcing is seen as an important positive, especially for American companies. The strengthening of local supply chains, geographical advantages close to customers, and deep cultivation of service and maintenance markets have become the key to enhancing competitiveness.
